Jørgen Bækmark, FDB Møbler's design director from 1958, created this paper-cord series with a quiet design language and careful detailing, and it remains one of the best-known ranges from FDB's golden age. The J80 is the series' central dining chair, and its woven seat and solid wood frame stay comfortable through long meals. Shown here in smoked oiled oak.
