A porcelain cake stand about 14¼ inches across and 6 inches tall, built from mismatched fragments joined by veins of real gold. A layer cake or a tower of pastries sits on a piece that looks salvaged from several family services. Marcantonio's Kintsugi for Seletti borrows the Japanese practice of mending with gold and turns it into new tableware. Hand wash only; not for the microwave.
